AUDIENCE:

All users of the Internet. This includes personnel from technical and IT departments, as well as non technical departments, such as marketing and sales, technical authors, and purchasing.

PRE-REQUISITES:

A basic familiarity with the Internet is assumed. Successful completion of Verhoef's one day Introduction to the Internet class is recommended, but not essential.
