Proactively look for technical training needs in state government
Keep agencies informed on training events within the state
Develop a class calendar on a quarterly basis or as needed
Identify topics and sessions to schedule
Determine demand for sessions
Schedule sessions quarterly
Schedule Center resources, including rooms, to take best advantage
of resources
Submit a cost allocation plan to steering committee
Advertise schedules of sessions
Secure and schedule instructors
Perform registration functions for state employees
Produce student evaluations and summaries for sessions provided
through MOTEC
Record and track students and courses taken through the Center
Provide billing functions for state agencies per MOTEC policy
Provide appropriate internal technical support
Provide a clearinghouse of technical training information available
to all agencies
